MCA flame retardant mechanism:

When the composite is heated, MCA decomposes into melamine and cyanuric acid, and this process is an endothermic reaction, which absorbs part of the heat in the burning process of the resin. The heat absorption of melamine by sublimation can also absorb the heat released by combustion, and dilute the combustible gas and oxygen around the material, while the production of cyanuric acid ensures that the dripping resin is non-combustible.
